No kebab, gyros or shawarma is complete without a garlic sauce. Here is my recipe.
#Ingredients
- Greek yoghurt (Full fat ideally, but fat free can work, it'll just be a bit thicker)
- Mayonnaise (As above, full fat preferable)
- Crushed/Minced Garlic
- dried mint (Or fresh, just dice it small)
Yep, that's it.
#The method
- Combine equal parts in weight, of Greek yoghurt and Mayonnaise
- Add in as much (Or as little) minced garlic as you like
- Add a pinch or two of mint
- Enjoy!
